Dynacast is a global manufacturer of precision engineered, die-cast metal components. The products are manufactured using proprietary die-casting technology and are supplied to a wide range of end markets, including automotive, healthcare, telecommunications and consumer electronics.

During Melrose’s ownership this business has invested to expand its opportunities in China, to reflect its growing customer base in this region. This has resulted in a need to restructure its industrial base in Europe and North America. Dynacast is now focused on achieving growth organically and where possible through selected acquisitions. Recently Dynacast completed the acquisition of QZip Diecasting and Techmire.
