The Company announces that it was informed that Alice Dilnot, wife of Peter Dilnot, Chief Operating Officer, bought 32,000 Ordinary Shares of 160/21 pence each in the Company on 30 December 2021 at a price of 156.25 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Dilnot and persons closely associated with him hold an interest of 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.0023% of the issued share capital of the Company.
