The Company announces that it has been informed that David Lis, Non-executive Director, today sold 21,400 Ordinary Shares of 160/7 pence in the Company (the “Shares”) at a price of 541.653 pence per Share, and 30,000 Shares at a price of 541.333 pence per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Lis now holds an interest of 117,950 Shares, representing approximately 0.0088% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
